Please make sure your shipping address is accurate and complete before finalizing your order. We cannot be responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking link.
Tracking updates may take a few days to appear, especially during international transit.
If your tracking number hasn’t updated after several days, don’t worry — your package is still on the way!

For international orders, customs or import taxes may be applied by your country’s authorities.
These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping fee.
6. Lost or Delayed Packages

We’ll investigate with the carrier and do our best to resolve the issue quickly.
